Return & Refund Policy
At Purity Harvest, we take great pride in delivering pure, fresh, and traditionally made dairy products straight from our farms to your home. Each product goes through careful quality checks before dispatch.
Since our products are perishable and made in small batches, we do not accept returns or refunds once an order is confirmed.
However, if you experience an issue with your order, our team is always ready to help and ensure a fair resolution.
1. If Your Product Arrives Damaged
We’re truly sorry if your order reaches you in less than perfect condition.
Please inform us within 5 days of delivery by writing to support@purityharvest.com.
Kindly include the following in your email:
- Your order number
- One image of the outer box
- Two clear images of the damaged product
Once verified, we’ll arrange a quick replacement for the affected item.
Our team responds within 24–48 hours and will guide you through the next steps.
2. If an Item Is Missing from Your Order
If you did not receive a product that was part of your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@purityharvest.com.
In your email, please share:
- Order number
- Outer box image
- Two photos of the opened box showing all received items
After verification, we’ll re-send the missing item immediately.
We do not offer refunds, but we’ll make sure you receive what you ordered.
3. If You Suspect Spoilage
Because our products are 100% natural, preservative-free, and handmade, slight differences in texture, taste, aroma, or colour are normal and expected. These natural variations reflect authenticity, not quality issues.
If you still believe your product has spoiled, please email us within 10 days of delivery at support@purityharvest.com with:
- Order number
- Clear photos or a short video showing the product condition
Our quality team will carefully review the case and, if spoilage is confirmed, we’ll replace the product promptly.
Delivery Schedule and Change Policy
To ensure timely service, any changes to your delivery schedule must be communicated before 4:00 PM, one day prior to delivery. You can make changes through our Mobile App or Website.
Order Cancellation & Return Policy
Once milk is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or returned. As a result, refunds will not be processed for dispatched orders.
Product Unavailability
If a product is unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In such cases, we will notify you and initiate a full refund for the amount paid.
Subscription Cancellation
If a subscription cancellation is made on time, a 10% cancellation fee will be charged. The remaining amount, including any applicable delivery charges, will be refunded or re-credited to your payment method within 10-14 days.
Wrong Item Delivery
If you receive an incorrect item, you have the right to reject it. A refund will be issued for the item that was not delivered correctly.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive damaged or puffed packs, Return should be done on same day or next day or 1 day to the delivery team. This allows us to address and resolve the issue. Alternatively, you can contact our support team between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Your feedback is valuable in helping us improve.
Refund Processing
Refund will be credited within 5 to 10 days in your original payment method from the date of order cancellation

Refund Method - Bank account online transfer,Cheque (reissued if required)
Refund cheques are issued in the billing name unless the customer requests otherwise. In case a refund cheque is lost, a new cheque will be reissued 15 days after receiving an affidavit. If the refund cheque has an incorrect name, it will be reissued 15 days after receiving the original cheque from the customer.

If the refund does not appear in your account after the specified processing time, please contact our customer care team for assistance.

Like other platforms our server log files also receives general information such as IP address of the visitor, cookie etc. For the financial transactions by credit card www.purityharvest.in uses a 3rd party secure payment gateway provided by “CashFree” and the credit card details are ‘not stored’ www.purityharvest.in, instead the information is securely stored and encrypted with Visa/MasterCard.

We never share individual information about our users with our partners and service providers or any other third-party except in cases where it becomes imperative to share select information to provide a certain service. We may also use your information to e-mail you about other products or services that we think may be of interest to you.
We also use your personal information to personalize our service for you and to improve your overall experience at Farmery. Additionally, we use the information to promote services to you. We also use the information for product improvement purposes, troubleshooting issues, for our and your safety and for protection against error, fraud, and crimes. We may share this information with other corporate affiliates and entities for the same reasons mentioned above or as legally required by law.
