Shipping Schedule

Orders will be delivered everyday morning before 10 am . Pre-orders are dispatched within the specified time frame based on availability.

Delivery Address

Products are delivered to the shipping address provided at the time of order placement. For weekly pre-orders, customers may request an address change by sending an message on whatsapp or in purity harvest mobile application with order details for confirmation.

Order Tracking

Customers can track their orders using the purity harvest mobile application.

Delay & Quality Issues

If an order is delayed and delivered more than 10 days after the dispatch date mentioned on the courier receipt, customers should take a photograph and email us with all relevant order details. Depending on product availability, we will arrange a replacement for the affected order.
