Honestly happy to write here that this Ghee passed One more Adulteration Test done at home with Betadine solution. If Ghee has been adulterated with starch the mixture will chemically react and turn blue, purple, or black. But here the colour remains as Deep Orange. Thank you team to bring us pure ghee.
I also kept the Jar in Sunlight for 30 minutes after 4 pm and saw the result. It melted completely leaving no residue or thickness or sendiments. Good Job Team Purity Harvest
The ghee doesn't liquidify even when I keep the bottle at the sunlight for an hour it smells like butter not ghee or danedar nahe ha jase ghee hota ha just like cream expected ghee not cream or butter.

I am using purity harvest a2 cow bilona ghee from some days now, and honestly very happy with the quality. I had tried big brands ghee and trust me this is the best I had till date. It adds a nice flavor to my food, especially when I use it for cooking or on hot chapatis. First time there is no second opinion by family members. Everyone liked the aroma, taste, flavour.
I wil definately repeat my order, this time surely 2 ltrs. Hope to get the same quality in big packaging also.
If I find low quality than this in my next order, will definitely update that also on amazon.
